connexion_one, established in March 2019, provides a range of services including: Social, Community and Recreation Support, Support Coordination, Psychosocial Recovery Coaching and Group based activities.
The connexion_one team have decades of experience in the delivery of disability and mental health services, including for people with complex needs and dual disabilities. From our leaders through to our support staff, the Connexion One team are focused on working with participants and their families to help them improve their lives.
Led by Jodie Aberle, the team are truly person-centred, with a focus on delivering high quality values based services which maximise outcomes for participants and best utilise their NDIS plans.
Jodie has qualifications in mental health, with years of experience in SA, delivering and leading psychosocial rehabilitation, mental health support and housing services. As an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator, Jodie leads a team of Support Coordinators and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches who are skilled at achieving outcomes which make a positive difference to people’s lives.
